So, we will be hosting our own camp at a Camp Crossway in Blackburn, OK (northeast of Stillwater). 


Below you will find the links to the Online Registration Form and the Online Medical & Liabiltiy  Waiver. Please fill out both forms for the students planning to attend with us. Payment options are listed below as well. Both forms and payment must be made before your student(s) is guaranteed a spot.

CSM Camp Whatev's 2020

Sunday, June 28th - Friday, July 3rd

Cost: $100 & money for lunch on Friday

We will leave @ 2:00 on Sunday, June 28th from the main building. Students need to eat lunch prior to coming to church. We will make a rest stop at a convenience store during our trip and students can bring money for a snack.


*Please have your student to the church for check in by 1:00. At that time, your student will remain in your vehicle until their temperature has been taken. If they are not running a fever they will be able to load their bags and check-in in the foyer.


We will return by 2:00 pm on Friday, July 3rd.

Student's will need one for a fast food lunch on our return home.

Camp Whatev's Online Payment

Starting this year, you will be able to pay the camp fee either in person by dropping off CASH or CHECK to the church office or you can PAY ONLINE by clicking the button below. For ONLINE PAYMENTS there is a small processing fee. Once you have completed both the registration form, the liability form and paid the camp fee, your student(s) will be ready for camp.

Camp Whatev's: What & Why

With the cancelation of our usual summer church camp, Falls Creek, we wanted to offer a unique church camp experience for the students in our ministry.


Working with our Leadership Students, we began planning camp, trying to benefit from the best parts of our three main camp events.


*Small groups from our Leadership Discipleship camp, Super Summer OK

*Worship Times & Recreation from Falls Creek

*CSM focused schedule & activities like our Fall Retreat


Taking the best part of these three events, we are building our schedule and activities to provide a dynamic and worshipful experience for our students.

What to Bring

*Lunch Money for return trip, July 3rd

*Clothes for high activity
*Clothes for dress up nights (listed below)

*Swimsuit if you want to swim/kayak

*Dirty clothes bag

*Comfortable shoes

*Bedding - Twin size or sleeping bag

*Towels, Washrags

*Toiletries - toothbrush, shampoo, deodorant, soap, etc...

*Sunscreen, Sunglasses, Hat

*Spending Money

*Good Attitude

*Bible

*Notebook, Pens/Pencils


There will be a "Snack Shack" available for students to purchase snack type foods and beverages during free times in the afternoon each day.

What to LEAVE at home

*CD players, Radios, iPods, MP3 players, etc...

(you can have them for the trip up but not while we are at camp)

*2 way radios

*Fireworks of any kind (this includes throw poppers)

*Matches / Lighters

Inappropriate materials (up to sponsors discretion)

     - Magazines

     - Books

     - Other Materials


Any of the above will be confiscated and, depending on the materials, will be returned tot he camper once we return to the church on Friday.


Any inappropriate materials, matches/lighters, & fireworks will be disposed of promptly & properly and the student will face disciplinary action.

*Dress up nights are optional but points will be given to small group teams for participation from all its members so plan on dressing up and having fun!!
