This form is for CSM Volunteers who are signing up to be Sponsors at Camp Encounter this summer.
Camp Dates: Tues. July 5th - Sun. July 10th
Tentative departure time on 7/5: 10:00 am
Tentative arrival time on 7/10: 5:00 pm
Upon return on the 7/10 we will hold one last worship service for our camp attendees and their families at Crossway to end our week together.
