CSM Summer Camp - REC CAMP
Crossway Student Ministries will attend church camp hosted by STUDENT LIFE, a Lifeway organization, in Glorieta, NM. REC CAMP is crafted for students to be better together through team-building activities and LOTS of fun. Moments on the rec fields foster intentional discipleship opportunities within our Life Groups while at camp. Rec games are facilitated by Student Life staff with no special skills or athleticism required for students to participate. Activities are intentionally created so everyone can be a part of the action.

Camp Cost is $175. A $50 deposit is required for students to secure a spot on the list. You can pay at the church office, by contacting Zac or Garret, or through the links below.

Your student must Sign Up online to begin the registration process for our 2024 CSM Student Life REC Camp by clicking the icon above
Your student must have a completed 2024 CSM online Release Form and Waiver. If your child doesn't have one completed click the icon above.

There will be MANDATORY parent / camper meetings scheduled to finalize registration. Students must attend one of these meetings with a parent / legal guardian.

As we approach camp time, there will be a parent / camper meeting scheduled to go over travel plans, rules, and answer any questions you might have about camp.

Camp Dates:
Monday, July 1st - Saturday, July 6th
*We will depart from Crossway @9:00 am on Mon. 7/1 and travel most of the way. We will stop for some fun and spend the night.
*We will wake up Tues. 7/2 and head to Glorieta, NM for camp registration which starts @2:00pm.
*Camp wraps up @10:00am on 7/6 and we will make the journey home arriving in Sulphur around 10:00pm.

Camp REGISTRATION
Initial Camp Registration is required along with a $50 deposit in order to secure your student's spot for camp. Later, dates will be scheduled for MANDATORY parent/camper meetings to finalize registration and forms required by Glorieta Camp Grounds and Student Life.

Camp Cost - $175
$175 - Camp Cost is based on 1 night stay in hotel, breakfast on 7/2, 4 nights & 5 days at camp (room, shirt, meals, activities), lunch on the way home on the 6th, & travel to & from camp.

Packing & dress code
PARENT INFORMATION
Students will need to bring an overnight bag for travel on 7/1-7/2. Packing list for this will be available at a later date.
Students will be allowed to bring 1 large bag and bedding for camp. We are going for a week, not a year so please pack accordingly. Students will be required to pack and carry their own bags, so pack what you need, but try to pack light.

• Appropriate, comfortable clothing for three days of recreation (have one set of clothes you don’t mind getting messy in)

• Towels and washcloths
• Toiletries
• Bedding and pillow

• Watch and/or alarm clock
