The Costly Position of Unbelief

If someone called you Satan and they were serious, you might take offense. I am not sure but I think that if they meant it, those words might be fighting words. After all how much worse can you be labeled than Satan. Hitler is the most famous name in our culture today to call someone and I am sure that Satan is worse than Hitler since he was (in my view) behind Hitler’s efforts. This week Jesus is going to very pointedly call the lead disciple (Peter) Satan. Wow, if Peter can get so caught up in his own program that Jesus refers to him as Satan, where does that leave us? Join us Sunday as we see how very easy it is to find oneself fighting (although he is sincere) on the wrong side.
